"We walked the Great Wall at Jinshanling early in the morning, before the crowds arrived. Our guide picked the route, carried water for everyone and told us stories about every tower. A day I will never forget."
"The Forbidden City is huge, and without a guide we would have been lost. Ours knew which halls to see first and explained the history clearly. In the evening we ate Peking duck at a local place she recommended."
"We rode a rickshaw through the hutongs, visited a local family's courtyard home and made dumplings together. It felt like real Beijing, not a tourist show."
"The Bund at night, Yu Garden in the morning and the old French Concession in the afternoon. Our guide planned it so we never rushed. The view from the Shanghai Tower was the highlight for my wife."
"We took a day trip from Shanghai to Zhujiajiao water town. A boat ride on the canals, tea in an old house and lots of photos. The transfer was comfortable and our guide spoke excellent Russian."
"The Great Wall at Mutianyu, the Forbidden City and a hutong dinner in one trip. Our guide told the history in a way my children actually listened to. It was the best part of our visit to China."
"I wanted good quality electronics and tea for gifts. My guide took me to places I would never have found alone and helped me with prices in Chinese. Friendly, patient and very reliable."
