Do I need to travel to Hong Kong?

No. Registration is done remotely. Some traditional banks ask directors to visit in person to open the account, online banks do not.

Can a foreigner own 100% of the company?

Yes. A Hong Kong company can be fully owned by foreigners and needs no local director.

What will it cost every year?

About HK$11,000 to 25,000 for the business registration, annual return, company secretary, registered address and accounts. Every active company also needs a yearly audit.

Can you guarantee a bank account?

No agent can. Banks make their own decision. We prepare a strong application and introduce you to banks that work with companies like yours.

What documents do I need?

Passport copies and proof of address for each director and shareholder, and a short description of the business.

Can I live in Hong Kong through my company?

You can apply for an employment visa as an entrepreneur. The Immigration Department decides based on your business plan and the real activity of the company in Hong Kong. We guide you through each step and help you collect the right documents.

Do I need to travel to China?
