Business Meeting, Factory Inspection & Negotiation Support

What’s included:

• On-site interpretation: meetings, factory tours, presentations, inspections.
• Industries covered: manufacturing, engineering, procurement, partnership terms.
• Preparation: I study documents and terminology in advance to ensure accuracy from the first word.
• After the meeting: representation of your company in China, ongoing communication with the manufacturer, and pre-shipment product control.

How it works:

1. You send the date, location, topic, and documents.
2. I review the terminology and agenda.
3. I attend the meeting and provide consecutive interpretation in real-time.
4. I assist with follow-up steps after the session.

Who it’s for: international companies, procurement teams, and delegations. If accurate communication decides the fate of a deal, I eliminate the risk of misunderstanding.
