General Questions

For PC Users:

1. Log in to tohify.com/login
2. Click on your avatar (profile picture) in the top-right corner.
3. Go to Profile Settings.
4. Select the Change Password tab.
5. Enter your old password, then your new password, and confirm your new password.
6. Click the Change Password button.

For Mobile Users:

1. Log in to tohify.com/login
2. Tap the menu bar, then click on your avatar.
3. Go to Profile Settings.
4. Select the Change Password tab.
5. Enter your old password, then your new password, and confirm your new password.
6. Click the Change Password button.

Your new password will be activated immediately. For security, we recommend:

• Logging out and back in to ensure the change was successful.
• Saving your password in a secure place.
