Yes. Creating an account on Tohify is free for clients and for professionals, and so is applying to work with Tohify.As a client you pay only for the services you order. A few tools in the app, such as Report Studio and document translation, use credits; the app always shows the price before you spend anything.

How do I change my password?

On the websiteLog in and open Settings from your avatar menu.Choose Change Password.Enter your current password, then the new one twice, and save.In the Tohify appOpen Profile, then Profile Settings, then Change Password.Enter your current password and the new one, and save.The new password works at once. If you forgot your current password, use "Forgot password?" on the login page instead.

How can I update my email address or phone number?

How can I create a strong password?

Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid common words or personal information. Make it at least 8-12 characters long. For further assistance, contact Tohify Support.

What if I forget my password?

Accepted Answer

If you forget your password, you can easily reset it by following these steps: On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter the email address associated with your account. Check your inbox for a password reset link (be sure to check your spam/junk folder). Click the link, which will direct you to a secure page to create a new password. Enter and confirm your new password, then save the changes. You can now log in with your new credentials.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile, then Profile Settings, and press Delete Account at the bottom.Enter your password to confirm.Your request goes to the Tohify team, which completes the deletion. Deletion cannot be undone. If you have an order in progress or money in your wallet, please write to Support first so we can settle it.
