The Orders section in your Tohify account is your central hub for managing purchases of digital products, business services, and electronic physical goods. Here, you can view order details, track statuses, and access related features like downloads or refunds. The dashboard displays a list of recent orders with key information such as order number, total amount, status, and date. Use this guide to navigate and make the most of it.
Accessing the Orders Section
Log in to your Tohify account and click “Orders” from the main navigation menu (under Home / Orders). You’ll see a clean interface with tabs on the left for specific actions and a table of your orders on the right.
Viewing Your Order History
The main Orders tab lists your recent transactions in a table format. Each row includes:
- Order #: A unique identifier (e.g., #10065) for quick reference.
- Total: The final amount paid, including taxes and fees (e.g., $33.35).
- Status: Color-coded indicators like “Completed” (green), “Processing” (blue), “Pending Payment” (orange), or “Pending” to show progress.
- Date: Timestamp of the order placement (e.g., 2025-09-21 14:08).
- Details: Click the button to view full order info, including items purchased (e.g., UI/UX design service or eBook reader), shipping details for physical goods, or download links for digital products.
Scroll or use pagination to see older orders. Filter by date range or status for easier searching.
Order Statuses Explained
Understanding statuses helps you know what to expect next:
- Completed: Order fulfilled—digital products are downloadable, services are delivered, and physical goods are shipped with tracking available.
- Processing: Items are being prepared (e.g., packing physical electronics or finalizing digital access).
- Pending Payment: Payment not yet confirmed—complete it via your wallet or linked method to proceed.
- Pending: Initial review stage, often for high-value services like custom UI/UX design.

Sidebar Tabs for Quick Actions
The left sidebar offers specialized tabs to streamline post-purchase tasks:
- 🛒 Orders: Default view of all orders, as described above.
- 📋 Quote Requests: Manage custom quotes for business services or bulk electronic goods. View submitted requests, respond to seller offers, and convert to orders.
- ☁️ Downloads: Access files for digital products (e.g., software or eBooks). Links expire after a set period—download promptly and check device compatibility.
- 💳 Refund Requests: Track or initiate returns/refunds for eligible items. Submit requests here with reasons (e.g., defective physical good) and monitor approval status.
Tips for Managing Orders
- Track in Real-Time: For physical shipments, use the Details page to get carrier tracking numbers (e.g., UPS or FedEx).
- Wallet Integration: Pending payments can be settled directly from your Tohify wallet for instant processing.
- Bulk Actions: Select multiple orders for actions like reprinting invoices or batch refunds.
- International Considerations: For global orders, note potential customs delays in status updates.
