Every service on Tohify is delivered by verified professionals and managed by the Tohify team: interpreting, factory and product inspection, audits, sourcing, company registration, documents and more.

Search and browse

Use the search bar or open a category from the menu.
Narrow the list by subcategory, price and location (country and city).

On the service page

Most services have three packages: Basic, Silver and Gold. Each package shows what is included and what is not.
Choose the number of days, hours or other units; the total updates on the Buy Now button.
Some services show Get a quote instead of a fixed price, because the price depends on the task.
Reviews from earlier clients are at the bottom of the page.

How do I order a service?

There are two ways to order.1. Buy a package directlyOpen the service, choose Basic, Silver or Gold and the number of days, hours or units.Press Buy Now, check the order and choose a payment method.2. Ask the Tohify team firstPress Ask a question on a service, or open Messages and start a New request.Describe your task: what, where, when and for how long. The team answers in the chat and, when everything is clear, sends you an offer in the same chat.Accept the offer and pay.After paymentYour order starts and a working chat opens under Messages, My chats. In it you talk with the Tohify team and the professional who does the job. Bank transfers start once the team confirms the payment.A paid order cannot be cancelled from your side. If your plans change, write in the working chat or in Support.

How do I follow my order?

Open Orders on the website or in the app. Each order shows its status:Waiting for payment: the order is created but the payment is not confirmed yet (for example, a bank transfer we are checking).In progress: the payment is confirmed and the job is being done.Client to confirm: the professional finished; please check and confirm.Completed: the job is done. You can leave a review for the professional.Cancelled: the order was cancelled by the Tohify team.Day-to-day progress happens in the order's working chat (Messages, My chats): the professional and the Tohify manager post updates, photos and reports there.When the work is done, the Tohify team checks with you and completes the order, or you can mark it completed yourself in the chat details. If something is wrong, use Problem with this order? on the order page; it opens Support with the order already chosen.

How do I add funds to my Tohify wallet?

Open Wallet from your account menu (in the app: Profile, then My Wallet).Press Add Funds and enter the amount. The minimum top-up is $50.Choose a payment method and pay.Online payments are credited as soon as the payment provider confirms them. A bank transfer is credited after the Tohify team confirms it. You can then pay for services from your wallet balance at checkout.Every top-up is listed under Deposits in your wallet. If a top-up does not appear, write to Support, topic Payment.

Where do I see what I paid from my wallet?

Open Wallet and the Expenses tab. It lists every payment made from your wallet balance with the order, amount and date. Top-ups are under Deposits.If you see a payment you do not recognise, write to Support, topic Payment, and mention the date and amount.

How do I withdraw money from my wallet?

Accepted Answer

First add a payout account under Wallet, Set Payout Account.Open the Payouts tab, enter the amount and send the request.The minimum is $100 for PayPal, Payoneer, bank (IBAN or SWIFT) and Bitcoin, and $10 for Alipay. The Tohify team reviews each request and sends the money; the status of every request is shown in the Payouts tab.Questions about a payout? Write to Support, topic Payout.

Your orders page

Accepted Answer

Orders lists everything you have bought, newest first, with the order number, total, status and date. Open an order to see:the service, package and quantity;the payment method and status;the invoice (once the payment is received);Problem with this order?, which opens Support with this order chosen.After an order is completed you can leave a review for the professional from Orders. The day-to-day work on an order happens in its working chat under Messages, My chats. For the meaning of each status, see "How do I follow my order?".

How do Messages work on Tohify?

All communication with Tohify happens in Messages, on the website and in the app. Clients see three tabs:My requests: your questions and new tasks for the Tohify team. Start one with New request. When everything is agreed, the team sends you an offer here.My chats: one working chat per paid order, with you, the Tohify manager and the professional(s) doing the job.Support: your chat with Tohify Support for payments, refunds, orders, your account or app problems. Each question gets a case number.You can send text, photos, videos, voice messages (app) and files such as PDF, Word and Excel.Please keep all communication inside Tohify chats. Contact details shared in a chat are checked by the Tohify team first. To get email alerts about new messages, turn on the option in Settings, Update Profile.

How do I manage my profile?

On the website open Settings; in the app open Profile, then Profile Settings. There you can:change your photo, name, email and phone number (Update Profile on the website, Edit Profile in the app);set your location and billing address, which appears on invoices;choose whether you get an email when someone sends you a message;change your password or delete your account.Professionals: your public profile (headline, description, skills and services) is prepared together with the Tohify team. To change it, write to Support, topic Profile and services.
