The Profile section on Tohify allows you to update and personalize your account details, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for digital products, services, and electronic goods. From changing your email to setting notification preferences, this section keeps your information current and secure. Here’s how to manage it effectively.
Accessing the Profile Section
Log in to your Tohify account and navigate to the Profile area and go to-> account settings. You’ll see a form with editable fields and options to customize your profile.
Customizing Profile Appearance
- Cover Image: Click the camera icon to upload a new profile image. Select your photo, adjust as needed.
- Cover Image Type: Choose your display style
Updating Personal Information
The profile dashboard includes the following fields to review or edit:
- Email Address: Displays your email (should be verified) (e.g., username@gmail.com). Contact support if you need to change it.
- Slug: Your unique identifier (e.g., Alex-Doe)
- First Name: Enter or update your given name (e.g., Alex).
- Last Name: Add or modify your family name (e.g., Doe).
- Phone Number: Provide or edit your contact number for account recovery or order updates.
- Tax Registration Number: Input your tax ID if required for business purchases or international orders.
- Full Width: Expands the image across the profile (default selection).
- Boxed: Contains the image within a framed area.
Setting Notification Preferences
- Email Notifications: Check the box to “Send me an email when someone sends me a message” to stay updated on seller communications or support replies. Uncheck to disable if preferred.
Save changes by clicking the “Save Changes” button after updates.
Tips for Profile Management
- Regular Updates: Keep your phone number and email current for order notifications and account recovery.
- Image Guidelines: Use a clear, recognizable photo for your cover image to personalize your profile.
- Backup Data: Before deleting your account, download order history or saved data from the Orders section.
