Your orders page

Orders lists everything you have bought, newest first, with the order number, total, status and date. Open an order to see:

  • the service, package and quantity;
  • the payment method and status;
  • the invoice (once the payment is received);
  • Problem with this order?, which opens Support with this order chosen.

After an order is completed you can leave a review for the professional from Orders. The day-to-day work on an order happens in its working chat under Messages, My chats. For the meaning of each status, see "How do I follow my order?".
